[citation needed] In the year 2015, NECA published a "Simpsonsized" action figure that featured Kramer as well as the rest of Aerosmith in its fourth series of their Simpsons 25th Anniversary collection of collectible figurines. Kramer also answered fan questions and said that he isn't concerned about the figure so long as Aerosmith plays the role. In 2013, Kramer announced a partnership to roast, package, and sell his whole bean coffee brand, Rockin' & Roastin'. Kramer announced a partnership with Les Otten (the former vice chairman of the Boston Red Sox), to launch two Joey Kramer's Rockin' & Roastin' Café and Restaurants in Newry and North Attleborough, Massachusetts, in 2015. In 2016, the Newry location was shut down. In 2017, the North Attleborough location was closed.
