Bo Burnham

 Robert Pickering "Bo" Burnham (born 1990) is an American comedian as well as a musician, songwriter, actor, and filmmaker. Burnham's comedy often incorporates stand-up, sketch and musical elements. He was a YouTube celebrity in the late 2000s and gained popularity in the late 2010s due to his comical subversion and satirical stand-up. The comedian later released four comedy albums for Comedy Central Records, released three comedy specials -- Words, Words, Words (2010), What. (2013), and Make Happy (2016)--created and performed on the MTV mockumentary series Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous (2013) as well as published his poetry book Egghead: Or You Can't Live on Ideas All by Yourself (2013). He announced a shift in his career to a comedy-focused career in 2016 , before creating and directing the critically acclaimed drama film Eighth Grade (2018). He has directed comedy-themed specials with other comedians, and appeared in Promising Young Women (2020) which is an Oscar Award-winning comedy thriller.
