Angelina Jolie

 Angelina Jolie DCMG (/dZoU'li/; born Angelina Jolie Voight, born June 4 1975) is an American actor, director humanitarian, and former Special Envoy to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. She has been awarded numerous accolades including three Golden Globe Awards and an Academy Award. Her screen debut was in the film Lookin' to Make It Out (1982) however, her film career began ten years later with Cyborg 2 (1993). Hackers (1995) was her first major film role. She was a part of the critically acclaimed biographical cable film George Wallace (1997) and Gia (1998), and was awarded the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in 1999's drama Girl, Interrupted. She was a star in Lara Croft, Tomb Raider (2001), where she played the title character of the video game's heroine. Her action-star career was further developed with Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005) and Wanted (2008). Salt (2010) and The Tourist (2010). Her work received critical acclaim as well as nominations for her performances in the dramas A Mighty Heart (2007), Changeling (2008) and Salt (2010). Maleficent (2014) was her most commercially successful film. Since 2008, her voice roles in animated film Kung Fu Panda include the role of a character named Maleficent. Jolie has directed and written numerous war-themed dramas, including Unbroken (2014) and In the Land of Blood and Honey (2011). Jolie played Thena in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's superhero movie Eternals in 2021.
