In 1994, Tilly was nominated for the Academy Award. In the role she played in the thriller based on neon Bound (1996) in which she was awarded MTV Award and Saturn Award nominations. The role she played in the film as Tiffany Valentine, a slasher film franchise (1998-present) has brought her acclaim worldwide. Tilly's voice can be heard on Family Guy since 1999. Broadway revivals of The Women (2001), Don't Dress for Dinner (2012) and The Women (2001) are among her credits.
