Tulsi Gabbard

 Tulsi Gabbard, /'tlsi'gaeb@rd/ was born on April 12 1981. She is an American politician and United States Army Reserve officer. Gabbard was the first Hindu member of Congress and also the first Samoan American to vote in Congress. Gabbard aged 21 years old, ran for the Democratic nomination for the 2020 United States presidential elections. Then, she was declared an independent in the month of the month of October in 2022. Gabbard was a member in Congress and was a member of the Hawaii Army National Guard's field medical section. She also served in Iraq between 2004 and 2005 as an Army Military Police platoon leader. In 2016 Gabbard resigned her position as vice chair of the DNC and backed Bernie Sanders' 2016 presidential campaign.
