BuzzFeed News initiated an investigation into Robbins' sexual harassment of his staff and fans in May of 2019. Robbins was accused of engaging in sexual harassment at his events and showing off his genitals to his staff. Robbins denies the allegations and claimed that he had been subject to a lengthy investigation by BuzzFeed. Robbins was then 25 years old. was accused of molesting the girl and there were only two witnesses of the incident. The allegations were also covered in other media sources. Robbins has denied all wrongdoing, and he brought lawsuit against BuzzFeed News Ireland. BuzzFeed News responded that Robbins denied any wrongdoing and filed suit against BuzzFeed News in Ireland.
