Tim Tebow

 Timothy Richard Tebow (/'ti:boU/ born August 14, 1987) is an American football player who is a free agent. He played for three seasons in the National Football League (NFL) as a quarterback, most notably with the Denver Broncos. Tebow was an NCAA football player in Florida. He was awarded the Heisman Trophy as the first underclassman and led his team to two BCS National Championship wins in 2007. In 2009, Tebow was named the Broncos team's starter during the 2011 season. He assisted an underdog team win their first division title and a playoff victory since 2005. But questions regarding Tebow's future prospects resulted in him being traded to the New York Jets the next offseason. Tebow was on the team for one season as an inactive. [6] Tebow was not chosen for the rosters for either the New England Patriots or Philadelphia Eagles. Instead Tebow pursued a minor-league baseball career with the New York Mets from 2016 until 2021. Tebow quit baseball the same year. Tebow returned to the NFL and was a tight end for both the Jacksonville Jaguars and Philadelphia Eagles. However the team was terminated after just one game. Tebow went on to a minor league baseball career with the New York Mets from 2016 through 2021.
