Santino Rice

 In 2005, Santino participated as a contestant in the second season of Bravo reality show Project Runway, producing mixed results on the show. He was a winner of two challenges and was also in the top three designers three times. However, Rice was among the worst two performers for the four challenges. He lasted the entire season, and was among the three finalist who were selected to display at Olympus Fashion Week, New York City. He came in third in the competition, just behind Daniel Vosovic and Chloe Dao.Rice was famous for his charismatic and sometimes abrasive persona he portrayed on Project Runway, and he was often cited as the "villain" of the show. Rice's humor was well-known, and so were his impersonations of his mentor Tim Gunn. Rice was selected to be the judge for the Miss Universe 2006 pageant. He was also asked by MTV VJ SuChin Pak to design her dress for the 2006 MTV Movie Awards. The following year, Rice made a guest appearance on the sixth season of America's Most Intelligent Model, where contestants learned about fashion. Rice was employed as a designer for Camel cigarettes, dressing elite clients and building his own business in the field of clothing. He was also a judge on the Logo reality show RuPaul's Drag Race from 2009 to 2014. Rice also starred in the Lifetime show On the Road with Austin and Santino along with fellow Project Runway alumnus Austin Scarlett. [6] The show premiered in 2010 and followed Rice and Scarlett on their travels through American small towns, designing clothing for women who have coming special events. Rice also played a smaller role as a homeless man in the independent queer film thrill
