Robin Williams

  Williams started performing stand-up comedy in San Francisco in the mid-1970s. He became famous as the alien Mork on the ABC sitcom Mork & Mindy (1978-1982). He also starred in successful films at the box office like Hook (1991), Aladdin (1992), Mrs. Doubtfire (1993), Jumanji (1995), The Birdcage (1996), Good Will Hunting (1997) as well as the Night at the Museum trilogy (2006-2014). He was nominated four times for Academy Awards and won Best Supporting Actor in Good Will Hunting. He also received nominations for two Primetime Emmy Awards and six Golden Globe Awards.
