Muggsy Bogues

 Tyrone Curtis "Muggsy", Bogues was born on the 9th of January in 1965. Bogues who stood 5'3 inches (1.60m) tall was the tiniest player ever to play in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was a the position of point guard for four NBA teams during the course of his 14-season NBA career. Most famously, he is known for the ten seasons he played for the Charlotte Hornets. However, Bogues also played for the Washington Bullets and Golden State Warriors. In six seasons (1989-1995), Bogues was placed in the top seven in assists, and was in the top 10 in steals. He was a regular NBA double-doubler, scoring 146. 1 He was the coach at the head of Charlotte Sting, a WNBA team he coached following his NBA career.
