LaVar Ball

 American businessman LaVar Christopher (born October 23, 1967), He co-founded Big Baller Brand, a clothing company for sports. He also co-founded the then-defunct Junior Basketball Association. 2. He is the father of three professional basketball players: Chicago Bulls point guard Lonzo, Greensboro Swarm shooting guard LiAngelo and Charlotte Hornets point guard LaMelo Ball played basketball and football during his time at Canoga Park High School, continuing to play basketball at the collegiate level with West Los Angeles College, Washington State and Cal State Los Angeles. For a season also, he played football with Long Beach City College. He also had a brief professional career as a tight end for the London Monarchs of the World League of American Football, which saw him accumulate an average of 28 kickoff return yards and no receptions. Ball was a practice squad member with the New York Jets, Carolina Panthers and Carolina Panthers. He did not play any official regular season games in the National Football League. However Ball made some bold claims in spring 2017 that resulted in him being the subject of several headlines across the nation in sports. In the beginning, he claimed that his son Lonzo is superior to Stephen Curry and claiming that the latter could beat Michael Jordan one-on-one in basketball. As he made similar remarks regarding his business, Big Baller Brand, the company was both praised and criticized. Ball has appeared on several national television programs and has received the acclamation of lots of media attention from the major news outlets. Ball has also been in the spotlight for his critique of his sons' teams including the Lakers for their treatment of Lonzo and also for his confrontation with U.S. President Donald Trump after LiAngelo was detained in China for shoplifting.
