Jennifer Garner

 Jennifer Anne Garner (born April 17th 1973) is an American actress who is widely recognized for her character as CIA officer Sydney Bristow in the ABC spy-action thriller television series Alias (2001-2006) and for her part in the romantic comedy film 13 Going on 30 (2004). Garner has been awarded numerous times including the Screen Actors Guild Award, the Golden Globe Award, and an Screen Actors Guild Award, with four nominations for the Primetime Emmy. She is also well-known for her character of Sydney Bristow as CIA officer in ABC's television show, a spy-action thriller called Alias (2001-2006). Garner began acting understudy at Roundabout Theatre Company, New York City. She made her screen debut in the television adaptation of Danielle Steel's romance novel Zoya in 1995. Her television roles included supporting and guest film roles as also a part in Time of Your Life (1999-2000) and Pearl Harbor (2001). Garner is most famous for her role as Sydney Bristow, CIA officer, in ABC's spy-action thriller television series Alias (2001 until the year 2006). The actress was awarded four Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Leading Actress in a Drama Series and the Golden Globe for Best Actress Television Series Drama. Her performance was also praised for her role in the romantic comedy 13 Going on 30 (2004) followed by her appearances to play Elektra in the films about superheroes, Daredevil (2003) and Elektra (2005). Her commercial success by starring in the comedy-drama Juno (2007) as well as the romantic comedies Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009) and Valentine's Day (2010).
