Finn Wolfhard

Wolfhard and Josh Ovalle co-directed their first music video in July of 2017 for the song by Spendtime Palace, "Sonora". Wolfhard played the lead role of Richie Tozier, in the 2017 adaptation of Stephen King's It. It and Stranger Things were both set in the 1980s. Wolfhard's casting in them was an accident. According to Wolfhard the actor, he was initially assigned the role of Richie when Cary Fukunaga was attached as co-director and director, however, when Fukunaga left the project over creative differences and the role was not able to be completed, which allowed him to pursue Stranger Things. When Andy Muschietti became attached to It, Wolfhard had to re-audition to play Richie. Wolfhard was fired from APA in October of 2017 and then fired Tyler Grasham, his former agent. This came after Grasham was accused of sexually assaulting young actors. [16] Wolfhard himself had not been victimized. Wolfhard was not assaulted by anyone.
