He was born on June 28, 1971. He is the CEO, founder and chief engineer of SpaceX and is also the CEO and angel investor at SpaceX, as well as CEO and product architect at Tesla, Inc., founder of The Boring Company, and cofounder of OpenAI and Neuralink. He also serves as the head of the Musk Foundation, a philanthropic foundation. Musk is believed to have a net worth of $139 billion, mostly due to his ownership stakes in Tesla as well as SpaceX.
