Dan Bilzerian

 Bilzerian filed a lawsuit against the producers of Lone Survivor in 2014. The lawsuit claimed that he had invested $1 million into the film for at least eight minutes of screen time and at least 80 words of dialogue. However, his role was later reduced to less than a minute and only one line. His lawsuit demanded $1.2 million, which comprised 20 percent of his original investment. The suit was later dismissed and Bilzerian was barred for one minute from an Miami nightclub for kicking Vanessa Castano in her face in a brawl. Bilzerian asserted that Castano and another woman assaulted the female friend of Bilzerian. Castano stated, "There were two young girls sitting next to me at a table that were fighting. The table was crowded and I tried to separate the two. Then Dan knocked me off of the banquette, and once I fell he kicked me into the face. "Castano filed an action against Bilzerian afterward for injuries. Then, he took me off the banquette and after I fell and he punched me on the cheek. In 2014, Bilzerian was involved with Janice Griffith, a pornographic actress. Griffith was photographed together with Bilzerian in Hustler magazine in April 2014, which involved Bilzerian throwing her off the roof of a house and into the pool. Griffith fell short of the pool, hitting the edge, breaking her foot. The 18-year old asked Bilzerian to cover $85,000 for her injuries. It was not accepted. She filed a lawsuit against Bilzerian and Hustler in December 2014. Bilzerian's lawyer countered that Griffith was under contract to Hustler for the event , and that Hustler had contracted Bilzerian to do the event. Bilzerian also claimed that Bilzerian was not at fault. Hustler's lawyer stated in January 2015 that Griffith was injured by the throwing.
