Dan Bilzerian

 Bilzerian was kicked in the face by Vanessa Castano during a brawl at the Miami nightclub. Bilzerian claimed that Castano as well as another woman slayed Bilzerian's female companion. Castano stated, "There were two young girls sitting beside me at a table and they were fighting. I attempted to break them apart but they continued to be pushed at me. Dan then pushed me off of the banquette. When I fell, he kicked me in the face. Castano later filed an lawsuit against Bilzerian for her injuries.It was also stated that Castano has asked Bilzerian for $1 million dollars to settle the lawsuit, citing the possibility of greater punitive damages, based on his income if the suit was to go to trial.In 2014, Bilzerian was involved in an legal dispute with pornographic actress Janice Griffith. In April of 2014, Griffith was photographed with Bilzerian in a shoot for Hustler magazine. The photoshoot involved Bilzerian throwing Griffith off the roof of a house and into a swimming pool. Griffith dropped just shy of the pool , and then hit the edge. She fractured her foot. The 18-year-old asked Bilzerian to cover $85,000 to cover her injuries. The offer was denied. She filed a lawsuit against Bilzerian and Hustler in December 2014. Bilzerian's attorney responded that Griffith was under contract for the event by Hustler as well as that Hustler hired Bilzerian to handle the event and that Bilzerian wasn't at fault. In January 2015, the attorney for Hustler claimed that the toss was an "act of God" and claimed that it wasn't the publisher's fault that Griffith was injured because of it.
