Beverly D'Angelo

 D'Angelo was an Columbus, Ohio native, and daughter of Priscilla Smith (nee Smith) musician and Eugene Constantino "Gene” D'Angelo (bass player, television station manager at WBNS-TV Columbus). [2] [3] Her father was Italian. Eugenio and Rosina the paternal grandparents of her were both Italians from Introdacqua. She has three brothers, Jeff, Tim and Tony. [5] Howard Dwight Smith was their maternal grandfather and an architect. He designed Ohio Stadium, also known as "The Horseshoe" at Ohio State University. D'Angelo was a student at Upper Arlington High School in Upper Arlington, Ohio, located in the northwest Columbus suburb. She was awarded the Upper Arlington Alumni Association (UAAA), Distinguished Alumnus award in 2009 for her accomplishments in her professional life. Before becoming interested in acting, D'Angelo was an illustrator at Hanna-Barbera Studios. She was born in the United States, and was rockabilly performer Rompin' Ronnie Hawkins' backup singer while she lived in Canada. After a stint on their own they became The Band, a group that is considered to be legendary. [8][9]
