 Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman (born September 1 in 1996) is an American actress and singer. She has received various accolades such as a Golden Globe Award and two Primetime Emmy Awards. Time magazine named her one of the top 100 influential people in the world on its annual list for 2022.Born and raised in Oakland, California, Zendaya began her career as a young model and backup dancer. In 2010, she made her television debut on Shake It Up, as Rocky Blue. She also appeared in K.C. as the title character. for the channel. Her role was the character undercover (2015-2018). Her debut as a feature film in 2017 in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Later she was in the sequels. Zendaya was the youngest winner of the Primetime Emmy Awards in Outstanding Lead Actress in Drama Series (2019-present), for her character Rue Bennett (a drug-addicted teenager) in HBO's teen drama Euphoria. Zendaya's film appearances include The Greatest Showman (2017) and Malcolm & Marie (2021) and the epic science-fiction film Dune (2021). In 2011, she released two singles "Swag It Out" and "Watch Me", the latter was a collaboration with Bella Thorne. In 2012, she signed with Hollywood Records. Her debut album titled "Eponymous" (2013) was released with moderate success. The album's lead single album, "Replay", reached 40th on the U.S. charts. Billboard Hot 100 chart. Zendaya's greatest commercial success as an artist was with "Rewrite The Stars" which was a Zac Efron-Zack and Zac.
