Female empowerment, often referred to as women's empowerment, could be defined in a variety of ways. It involves taking on the views of other women and trying to understand the truth, and elevating women's status by education and awareness as well as literacy. Women could be able to redefine gender roles as well as other roles that will allow women more autonomy to reach their goals. Women can be empowered economically through being able to control and make money from their earnings, assets and other resources. It assists women in managing risks and enhance their wellbeing. This could lead to strategies that promote gender neutrality in specific political or social situations. While often used interchangeably, gender empowerment is a broad term that covers every gender. It emphasizes the difference between biological and gender roles. Women's empowerment is a method to enhance women's status through increasing education, literacy and understanding. Women's empowerment is the capacity of women to take decisions regarding their lives that were otherwise impossible.
