DeAndre Cortez, born July 28th, 1990, is an American producer and rapper. Following the self-published debut single, "Crank That (Soulja Boy)," reached number one on the U.S. charts, he rose to fame. Billboard Hot 100 was a seven-week stretch. [5] He then dropped the album he had been working on, Souljaboytellem.com (2007) and also included the single "Soulja Girl".His second album iSouljaBoyTellem (2008) was released in 2008 and included in the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 top 20 singles "Turn My Swag On" and "Kiss Me Through the Phone". Way was listed as number 18 on the Forbes list of Hip-Hop Cash Kings of 2010 for earning $7 million.
