Shay Shariatzadeh was born on September 21, 1990, in Iran. She moved to Canada when she was young and is now an Iranian-born Canadian citizen. She attended college in Vancouver, where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. She met former wrestler John Cena in 2019 while he was working on a film, and the couple got married in 2020.
