Austin Richard Post, born July 4, 1995 is an American musician and rapper. Post is also known professionally under the name Post Malone. Malone is well-known for his unique vocals. The singer has been acknowledged for his ability to mix genres and subgenres of hip-hop, R&B and trap. Malone's stage name is determined from his birth name, which he entered into the rapper's name generator. The first single he released, "White Iverson", was ranked 14th on the US Billboard Hot 100. Malone signed a record deal with Republic Records. His debut album Stoney (2016) was released. It featured the diamond-single "Congratulations" which featured Quavo and also established the record for having the most weeks on the US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart on the Billboard charts. There were also numerous streaming records. Beerbongs & Bentleys (2018) was released at the top spot on the US Billboard 200. It featured the US top-ranked singles "Rockstar" with 21 Savage and "Psycho" and was nominated for the 61st Grammy Awards for Album of The Year.
