 As the pseudonym Regina Bartkowski, she appeared briefly in a 2002 pornographic movie Girls Gone Wild featuring Snoop Dogg. In the following years, she had breast augmentation surgery and began working as a model. She was featured on numerous magazine covers around the globe and was a part of photo shoots. They included Glamour (October 2010, September 2015), Playboy, CKM (May 2001), June 2006, August 2007, October 2008 and December 2011 FHM (in French edition May 2013), [7] Most Fitness Magazine. The 8-year-old was among two Polish women (alongside Sandra Kubicka) whose nude images were published by Treats! magazine. (2017). She was pregnant and was on the cover Wprost (August 26 and 29, 2019), and Viva! (September 5, 2019).In 2005-2007, she was placed 78th, 61st and 66th respectively on the list of 100 most hot women of Maxim magazine.In 2007 she was one of the top 25 most sexually attractive women worldwide, according to Playboy magazine. In July 2008, on the anniversary of the 10th birthday of CKM magazine, she was awarded third in the top ten list of sexiest Polish women, compiled by readers. The German magazine Maxim picked her as "woman of the year 2004." Together with her sister Marta, she was "Miss Howard TV" December 2007 on Howard TV and The Howard Stern Show.
