Jacqueline Lee Kennedy Onassis (nee Bouvier) was a famous American socialite and author. She was the first lady of the United States between 1961 and 1963, as the wife of President John F. Kennedy. She was a renowned first lady who captured the hearts of American by her devotion to her family and dedication to the preservation of historic landmarks. Her distinctive fashion choices have made her a global icon throughout her lifetime. Bouvier received her degree from George Washington University with a Bachelor's degree in Arts in French Literature in the year 1951.
