 He was born in Carson, California.Prior to beginning his rap career Hykeem was spending his early life (as early as 4 years old) in music studios watching his Aunts & Uncles "burn" CDs with the popular platform LimeWire, which was the most popular source of music streaming for free in the 2000s early. Hykeem shared his experiences of listening to Kanye West's "808s and Heartbreak", while he was in Las Vegas in the Winter 2008. He was enthralled by music and began researching it the next year. Keem looked up to musicians like Ye, Kid Cudi, Lil Wayne, Eminem, 50 Cent, and others. Keem became a modest but well-known YouTuber who participated in the Minecraft Survival Games mini-game scene in the beginning of 2010. Keem had a Minecraft account with the username "hykeemc" and his YouTube account was run under the alias of "AllMightyModz". Keem was well-known for his skill in The Hive servers and MCGamer Network servers. He accumulated more than 1,000 subscribers to his YouTube channel because of his prowess. Keem used to hold Skype calls with his followers, where he would take part in the game. His Minecraft account was named "hykeemc" and his YouTube channel was under the name "AllMightyModz". Hykeem started his career as a musician in 2014, after becoming a skilled player on The Hive and MCGamer Network servers.
