 Reynoso started his career in Peru in Peru, where he was a player for Alianza Lima from 1986 to 1990. Later, he joined Spanish club Sabadell in 1990, the club featuring in the Segunda Division at the time.In his sole season at the Barcelona-based club, he took part in 14 league matches before returning to Alianza Lima the following year. After his time with Alianza Lima, Lima signed for Universitario in the beginning of January. In his debut season with the club, he was awarded his first professional title when the club took home the Peruvian Primera Division in the 1993 season.In July 1994, he relocating to Mexico and joined Liga MX Cruz Azul where the club would play for eight years from 1994 until 2002. In 1996, he was awarded the CONCACAF Champions Cup.
