Fuller's credits include the cult indie film Red White & Blue and Creature. He also was a part of Law & Order, Special Victims Unit and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Fuller was the director of the Los Angeles production of the stage production of the play This is our Youth written by Kenneth Lonergan starring Tyler Williams (of television's Everybody Hates Chris). Fuller was a regular guest star in the 2012 ABC season of Grey's Anatomy. Fuller played the role of Kristin Baxter in the sitcom. The role was replaced by Alexandra Krosney, who played the role in the initial season. She also played Madison "Badison" Murphy in the final two seasons of Orange Is the New Black (2018-2019). After Last Man Standing was cancelled by ABC and FOX Network, Fuller signed to reprise her role of Kristin Baxter in 2018. Fuller made her debut as a director on Last Man Standing in the episode of season 8 "Garage Band"
