Global Radio announced on 14 March 2013 that Falconer will join Heart as host of the show on Sunday mornings. She will take over for Jason Donovan, who was on perform with Priscilla Queen of the Desert. Since then, she's also hosted the 4-6 AM Early Breakfast slot on the days of the week as 4 O'Clock Club. Later the show on Sunday mornings was canceled at 9:30 am. This was because of Heart Breakfast's new program that runs from 6.30am-10 am. In June of 2019 the show's early morning slot was moved to 4-6:30 am. Falconer decided to end her stint on her Sunday show. Jenni was replaced by Zoe Hardman on the Sunday show. In December of 2019 it was announced that Falconer was leaving Heart and was to be replaced by James Stewart on the Early Breakfast slot. In January, it was announced 2020 that Falconer will host Smooth London breakfast and Saturday mid-mornings. The latter show is broadcast across the UK.
