Sophie Turner

 Turner was just 14 years old when she was chosen as Sansa Stark (a young noblewoman) in HBO's fantasy drama Game of Thrones. Filming began July 2010 and Turner was 14. Sansa was Turner's first television part. The drama teacher of Turner encouraged Turner to try out for the part. Her blonde hair was dyed auburn to play the part. However, she started wearing wigs during Season 7. In 2012 she was nominated for the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Series Supporting Young Actress for her performance as Sansa along with her on-screen sibling, Maisie Williams. Turner played in all eight seasons of Game of Thrones. Turner was also a part of season 3. The year 2013 was the year that Turner was the lead in her first film role Another Me, an independent thriller film based off the book of the same title by Catherine MacPhail. She starred as Adeline March in 2013's television movie The Thirteenth Tale. In 2013 she was featured in the comedy film Barely Lethal, alongside Hailee Steinfeld, which was released on 29 May 2015 in a limited release and also on video on demand.Turner also narrated the audiobook version of the short story written by Lev Grossman "The Girl in the Mirror" and was featured in the short fiction anthology Dangerous Women and was edited by George R. R. Martin. She also narrated City of Heavenly Fire, the Cassandra Clare audiobook, in 2014. She was also the face of Karen Millen's"The Journey" campaign in 2014. Turner was the mutant Jean Grey in X-Men: Apocalypse. The film was released in May 2016. To mixed critical success She hosted the Powershift web-based video in collaboration with Huffington Post. In March 2017, she announced that she had become a patron of Women for Women. This is a non-profit organization that aids female war survivors. Turner declared that she believes that her followers on social media were responsible for her casting in an unnamed project. Turner stated "It was me with another woman who is a much better actress than me much worse than me, but I had the support of my fans and I was able to get my job." Turner formed a partnership with Wella hair in June of 2017. It was their first brand to be launched internationally.
