John Krasinski

 American actor and film maker ohn Burke Krasinski (/kr@’zInskiKrasinski) was born on the 20th of October, 1979. He is known for his character Jim Halpert on the NBC sitcom The Office. He also served as a producer and occasionally director for the series' nine-season run. A graduate of Brown University and National Theater Institute in the arts of theatre, Krasinski has received a variety of awards which include four Primetime Emmy Award nominations as well as two Screen Actors Guild Awards. Time listed him as among the top 100 influential people in the world in 2018.His films include License to Wed (2007), Leatherheads (2008), Away We Go (2009), It's Complicated (2009), Something Borrowed (2011), Big Miracle (2012), Promised Land (2012), Aloha (2015), The Hollars (2016), and 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi (2016). Krasinski was the director and actor in the drama Brief Interviews with the Hideous Men (2009) and the comedy-drama film The Hollars (2016). In the year 2018, Krasinski co-wrote, directed, and starred in the critically acclaimed horror film A Quiet Place. In the same year, he started as the main character of the Amazon thriller series Jack Ryan, which he also produces. The show was awarded Outstanding Performance by an Actor of a Male in the Drama Series at the Screen Actors Guild Awards for his role.In addition to acting in television shows and movies, Krasinski has performed voice-over work in both documentary and animated films, like Monsters University and a small role in Shrek the Third. In 2013, he established Sunday Night Productions, a production company. Krasinski is married to English actress Emily Blunt, with whom he has two dau
